“Singin’ In The Rain”, “Stormy Weather” and “Blowin’ In The Wind” are among the vocal selections that the North Jersey Chorus will present in its annual spring concert A SPRINKLING OF SONGS. Joining the chorus will be featured guest Broadway actor/singer Ciarán Sheehan who has appeared in leading roles in “Les Miserables” and “Phantom of the Opera” on Broadway. Another special guest appearance will be made by Scott Schneider, professional dancer who most recently worked on the creation of the brand new production “Paris Merveilles” at Lido de Paris.
The chorus, marking its 68th year in existence, is under the direction of Marie Harrington and accompanied on the piano by Robert V. Legacy, Jr. The concert will be held at the Van Riper Ellis Broadway Baptist Church at the corner of Morlot Avenue and River Road in Fair Lawn on Saturday, May 7, at 8:00 PM. Tickets will be sold at the door (as long as availability permits) for $15. Adults and $10 Children age 12 and under.
