policebuildingJULY 28: Acting/Sgt Timothy Keenan initiated a traffic stop on Lakeside Blvd which resulted in the arrest of a 32-year-old Oakland resident for possession of drug paraphernalia and active traffic warrants issued by the Caldwell and Fairfield, NJ municipal courts.  The offender was also found to be driving with a suspended New Jersey driver’s license.  The male party was taken into custody, processed, and later released on his own recognizance for the criminal charge as well as for both traffic warrants.  Det. Bart Pagerie, and Officers Keith Docwra and Luis Gaviria assisted.

JULY 30: While on patrol, Officer Bryan Rowin located a resident of Franklin Lakes with an active traffic warrant issued out of Westwood, NJ walking along Ramapo Valley Rd near West Oakland Ave.  The 41-year-old male was taken into custody, processed, and later released on bail that was posted by a family member.

JULY 30:  Officer Gary Fiore handled a complaint of a suspicious male party on Franklin Ave, and while doing so an active criminal arrest warrant was located for the involved suspect issued out of the City of Trenton, NJ.  The 54-year-old resident of Whitestone, NY was taken into custody, processed, and later released on his own recognizance after Trenton PD was unable to respond and transport him to jail.  Sgt. Michael O’Neill and Officer Thomas Pianettini assisted.
