policecaroldMAY 16: A Franklin Ave resident responded to headquarters to report a theft. The stolen property consisted of jewelry that was believed to have been stolen during a party her son hosted at the residence. Report taken by Officer Gary Fiore and forwarded to the Detective Bureau.

MAY 19: Officer Bryan Rowin who was working a security detail at the Oakland Motor Vehicle Commission located an active warrant issued out of Newark, NJ for a 49-year-old Pompton Lakes, NJ resident who was present in the facility. Headquarters was notified and Officer Stephen Broek arrived on scene for transport. The offender was arrested, processed and later released on his own recognizances.

MAY 22: Sgt Timothy Keenan and Officer Joseph Noury were dispatched to a residence on Hiawatha Blvd to investigate numerous suspicious individuals. Upon conclusion of the investigation an 18-year-old female resident of Wayne, NJ was arrested for Criminal Trespass and taken into custody without incident. The offender was later released from custody on a summons to appear at a later date in the Oakland Municipal Court.
