JULY 23: While on patrol Officer Michael Griffin investigated a traffic complaint involving an erratic driver on Skyline Drive which resulted in the arrest of a 63-year-old Clifton, NJ resident for Driving Under the Influence. The male offender was processed and later released from custody to an acquaintance with a court date set to later appear in the Oakland Municipal Court.
JULY 24: While on patrol, Officer Bryan Rowin initiated a motor vehicle stop on West Oakland Ave that resulted in the arrest of a Spring Valley, NY resident for an active traffic warrant issued from the Alpine Municipal Court. The 25-year-old male was detained and later released on bail.
