Lebeling Systems, Inc of Oakland, NJ was purchased last month by Pro Mach, Inc. Pro Mach makes packaging products for the industrial and retail market.
Labeling Systems, Inc makes labeling machinery for the beverage, pharm, and cosmetic markets. Jack Roe, executive VP and general manager, will head the new unit. Business Wire quotes the founder, and soon to be retiree, Ted Zaccheo, as saying. “My goal for a long time has been to retire before I turned 60 and to leave LSI in good hands ….I will make my goal by 27 days. I’m also pleased that LSI will continue to operate as part of Pro Mach under the leadership of Jack Roe, our long time Vice
President and General Manager and my partner for the past six years.”
