Commerce Bank celebrated National Library week by donating $200,000 dollars. Oakland, NJ was one of the recipients. According to PRNewswire, Commerce Bank will be donating $4,000 to 50 local libraries to be used for books, expanding technology, or for programs already in place. Commerce Bank also supports The Summer Reading Program. The bank will deposit $10 into the account of each child who reads 10 books over the summer.
