Topcon America Corp., a holding company and subsidiary of Tokyo-based Topcon Corp, the world’s leading manufacturer of ophthalmic, surveying, GPS and positioning control products for the civil engineering and construction industries, is relocating its headquarters to an 85,427-square-foot space at the Russ Berrie building in Oakland, NJ. The ten-year lease commences in April of next year.
