Karl A. Kazmierczak, Esq. recently announced that he has been approved by the National Board of Social Security Disability Advocacy as a Board Certified Specialist in Social Security Disability. The National Board of Social Security Disability Advocacy is a non-profit organization that has been certified by the American Bar Association. Mr. Kazmierczak’s practice thrives at his own firm of Kazmierczak & Kazmierczak, LLP with concentrations in Social Security Disability, Veteran’s Disability and Long-Term Disability. The firm handles Social Security Disability and Veterans Disability nation wide. The firm was founded 30 years ago by his father, Lawrence Kazmierczak who has recently retired.
Among the firm’s most notable accomplishments is the reception of the Equal Justice Medal from Legal Service of New Jersey for securing justice for the low-income clients of Northeast New Jersey Legal Services.
In addition to the responsibilities with the practice, Karl Kazmierczak, Esq. has also designed and authored an Internet guide that serves to educate the public about all issues regarding Social Security Disability law. So why did Karl get certified as a specialist? “I knew it would be a long a difficult process but I wanted to give my clients and readers of my website Ultimate Disability Guide the confidence in my commitment to this area of law.”
