The Leadership Center, Inc. was founded in 1994 by Robert Ripston, a Human Resource executive with leadership experience at General Electric and at Ingersoll Rand. Bob believed that leadership in human resources, and in many walks of life, was the important key to success. The Leadership Center’s original mission to was to strengthen leadership skills in organizational life.
Over the years the mission has expanded beyond the development of leadership skills to include both strategic and tactical human resource management. Today, The Leadership Center’s service capabilities include Executive Search and Recruiting as well as HR Project Management in almost all disciplines within the human resource function. In addition we have the resources to be the Virtual HR Department for smaller organizations and start-up companies.
