Autism and Alzheimer’s are just two conditions where even the experts cannot agree on why there is a growing increase in the number of people being affected. Some studies and theories suggest that toxicity may play a role, either acting as a trigger for those that are young, or building up over time for the senior population.
There are some people that employ a process known as chelation for both of these conditions. The process is designed to extract metals out of your system. The recipe below is known as “the poor man’s” chelation treatment. This recipe also uses flax seed oil which offers all the same benefits of the omega oils we get from fish….back before vitamins existed, kids were forced to swallow that horrible cod liver oil…so try and get the flax seed oil from a health food store.
This stuff is great spread on pieces of toasted bread, or crackers, mixed over pasta, and right off the spoon.
