On or about Tuesday, May 27, 2014, construction will commence on the above referenced project. This project consists of milling and paving Aspen Way, Terhune Street, Purdue Avenue, Mcnomee Street (from Hickory Drive to dead end), West Oakland Avenue (from Pompton Lakes Borough line to railroad tracks), and Monhegan Avenue (from Seton Hall Drive to Oneida Avenue). This work is funded by Community Development Block Grant and the Borough of Oakland.
There will be some inconvenience for access to and from the residences and businesses. Every effort will be made to assure that the inconveniences are minimal. All work will be completed as quickly as possible. Please be aware of the “No Parking” signs which will be posted 24 hours in advance of construction.
