The 1st Annual NW Bergen County History Day was held on Saturday, May 21st. The Van Allen House was one of 8 homes and museums in the area that opened their doors to give visitors a chance to step back
into 18th & 19th century history.
Other homes and museums in the area include: The Schoolhouse Museum of Ridgewood, The Hermitage of HoHoKus, The John Fell House of Allendale, Hopper-Goedtschius House of Upper Saddle River, The Old Stone House of Ramsey, the Mahwah Museum, and the Zabriskie House of Wyckoff.
