Oakland Residents Participate in the 2013 Congressional Art Competition

WASHINGTON, DC – Rep. Scott Garrett (NJ-05) recognized Oakland residents and Indian Hills High School junior Rebecca Li, Indian Hills High School sophomore Laura Nugent and Indian Hills High School junior Jewell Smolenski for participating in the 2013 Congressional Art Competition. Rep. Garrett was honored to present this year’s participants with their certificates and awards at a ceremony at Ramapo College.
