The Newcomers and Neighbors Club is a great way to meet new friends. There is always room for new members and they do all they can to make you feel welcome. The Oakland Newcomers and Neighbors Club recently held a horseback riding event at a local home in Mahwah. 20 Oakland children participated and had a blast.
