Oakland Fire Department and Ladies Auxiliary Annual Scholarships

The Oakland Fire Department and the Ladies Auxiliary reward two students from Indian Hills High School Class of 2010 scholarships. The students submitted 150 word essays explaining the importance of volunteerism in their community.
Chief Bob Knapp and Ladies Auxiliary Vice President Judy Koeber presented the winners with their scholarships.
The two recipients of the Annual Volunteerism Scholarship Award were Rosemary Wang and Alexander Petersen. They were both rewarded $750.00 each.
