OPDonthejobAPRIL 13: Officer Thomas Pianettini investigated a complaint of fraud at local business. Approximately $6000 had been fraudulently withdrawn from the restaurant after someone repeatedly hacked into the credit card machines computer. Report taken and forwarded to the detective bureau.

APRIL 14: While on patrol, Officer Bryan Rowin located a 32-year-old female resident of the Ramapo Lodge who was known to have multiple active criminal warrants for her arrest which were issued out of Paramus and Maywood, NJ. The offender was taken into custody without incident, processed, and later released on bail.

APRIL 15: Officer Donald Harvey investigated a walk in complaint regarding an Oakland resident being the victim of identity theft. The resident stated that he discovered his identity was compromised when he learned that someone already attempted to file a tax return in his name without his knowledge or consent. Report filed.

APRIL 17: Officer Gary Fiore investigated a complaint regarding a resident on Falling Waters being the victim of identity theft. The resident stated that he discovered his identity was compromised when he learned that someone already attempted to file a tax return in his name without his knowledge or consent. Report filed.
