APRIL 6: Officer Gary Gusterson investigated a complaint of check fraud made by a resident of Lakeview Terrace. The victim provided services and received a check for over $11,000 that bounced. Victim referred to the Oakland Municipal Court for signing a criminal complaint against the offender.
