On July 31, 2013 as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Edison Ave., Ptl. Bryan Rowin arrested a 42 year old Monroe, NY resident on outstanding traffic warrants. Two warrants, both out of Oakland, totaling $4000.00 were discovered. The subject was transported to police headquarters, processed and later released on bail.
On July 31, 2013 a Thackeray Road resident reported a fraudulent $600 charge to Walmart on his Valley National Bank debit card. Ptl. Noury investigated.
On August 1, 2013 a Lakeview Terrace resident reported that her vehicle was unlawfully entered sometime during the overnight hours. A computer and other miscellaneous items were reported to have been taken. Ptl. Broek conducted the initial investigation and referred the matter to the detective bureau for further review.
On August 1, 2013 Ptl. Bryan Rowin arrested a 23 year old Ridgewood resident on an outstanding warrant out of Seaside Heights at the NJ Motor Vehicle Commission on Ramapo Valley Road. He was transported to headquarters where bail in the amount of $350.00 was posted in full by a family member. Ptl. Kern assisted.
