On December 19, 2012 Detectives Bart Pagerie and Mark Piercy arrested a 20 year old Mahwah resident at the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission for the possession of a fraudulent N.J. driver’s license. He was transported to HQ where he was charged and later released on his own recognizance. A initial court appearance has been scheduled in the Oakland Municipal Court.
On December 21, 2012 as a result of an erratic driver complaint on Cayuga Avenue, Ptl. Harvey arrested a 28 year old female Oakland resident for driving under the influence. Additional charges included driving under the influence in a school zone and reckless driving. The driver was later released into the custody of a family member and provided with a date to appear in the Oakland Municipal Court.
