NOVEMBER 28: While on patrol, Officer Joseph Noury initiated a motor vehicle stop on Long Hill Rd that resulted in the arrest of a Paterson, NJ resident for an active traffic warrant issued from the Paterson Municipal Court. The 50-year-old male was taken into custody, processed, and later released on his own recognizances.
