On July 2, 2011 Ptl. Noury and Ptl. Kern responded to a residence on Morningstar Lane to serve an arrest warrant out of Piscataway Township in the amount of $10,000.00. The officers located the individual outside the home and placed her under arrest without incident. Pursuant to a court order a search of the residence was conducted and a small amount of suspected marijuana was located in the suspect’s bedroom. The 54 year old Oakland resident was subsequently charged with the possession of marijuana and released after posting bail. A July 2011 court date has been set in the Oakland Municipal Court.
