JUNE 23: Officer Bart Pagerie investigated a walk in complaint regarding an Oakland resident being the victim of identity theft. The resident stated that he discovered his identity was compromised when he learned that someone already attempted to file a tax return in his name without his knowledge or consent. Report filed.
JUNE 28: While investigating a complaint of an erratic driver with Officer Thomas Pianettini, Officer Bryan Rowin arrested the vehicle’s passenger who was found to have an active criminal warrant issued out of West Caldwell. The 27-year-old male resident of Ringwood was taken into custody without incident, and transported to headquarters for processing. The offender was later released on bail.
