OPDonthejobAPRIL 25: Officer Keith Docwra investigated a complaint of Criminal Mischief at a residence on Pine Crest Drive. Damage was sustained to a playground setup done by an unknown actor.

APRIL 26: During the course of a motor vehicle stop, Officer Bryan Rowin observed a resident of Oakland, NJ seated as a passenger in a motor vehicle that was known to have an active criminal warrant issued by the Pompton Lakes Municipal Court. The 22-year-old male was taken into custody, processed, and later released on bail.

APRIL 28: Officer Michael Griffin checked on a suspicious vehicle on Ramapo Valley Rd that resulted in the arrest of a 19-year-old male resident of Oakland for Driving Under the Influence. The offender was arrested, processed, and later released to a family member that responded to headquarters to take responsibility for him. Officers Thomas Pianettini and Bryan Rowin assisted.

APRIL 29: While on patrol, Officer Michael Catenacci located a 32-year-old female resident of the Ramapo Lodge who was known to have an active criminal warrant for her arrest which was issued out of Fort Lee, NJ. The offender was taken into custody without incident, processed, and later turned over to the Fort Lee Police Department for final disposition. Sgt Keith Sanzari and Det Mark Piercy assisted.

MAY 2: During the course of a motor vehicle stop, Officer Bryan Rowin observed a resident of Mahwah, NJ seated as a passenger in a motor vehicle that was known to have an active traffic warrant issued by the Prospect Park Municipal Court. The 24-year-old male was taken into custody, processed, and later released on bail.

MAY 4: Officer Donald Harvey investigated a theft complaint at a landscape business on Edison Ave. The victim reported that high end soil and diesel fuel was stolen from his property. Report taken and forwarded to the Detective Bureau. A follow-up investigation conducted by Det. McDermott resulted in theft charges being filed against a 28 year old male Lodi, NJ. He was processed and released on his own recognizance.
