MAY 12: Officers Edward McDermott and Joseph Noury were dispatched to a West Oakland Avenue residence for a report of a large bonfire which resulted in the arrests of a forty-seven year old female Oakland resident and a forty-five year old male Waldwick resident. Both parties were found to be acting disorderly and being verbally abusive towards the officers as well as the responding fire department members which interfered with putting out the blaze. The arrestees were processed and later released on their own recognizances with a court date set to appear in the Oakland Municipal Court.
MAY 13: Officer Michael Catenacci investigated a complaint made by the manager of the Ramapo Lodge regarding stolen landscaping equipment from the property. Report filed.

The resident stated that he discovered his identity was compromised when his tax return was rejected for being a duplicate as a return was already processed in his name without his knowledge or consent. The incident was reported to the IRS and the major credit bureaus. Report filed.

MAY 15: Officer Stephen Broek arrested a thirty year old Oakland resident while in municipal court for an outstanding local Criminal Warrant. The offender was processed and released from custody after posting bail for his release.
