We got a sneak peak of the 3rd Annual Art Exhibit and Sale at the Artist’s Reception. It is quite an impressive show in all ways: the artists, the curating, the variety of art available, the amount of art available, and there is something for every budget as well. The local talent is there in full force, Dennis Moster, Scott Scarpelli, Pam Leggate, Peggy Dressel, Jerry Winnick and so many more. The New Friends of the Oakland Public Library should be proud of this exhibit. The show will be open on Saturday, March 29 from 10am-5pm and on Sunday, March 30 from Noon to 4pm. Don’t miss out on seeing some beautiful art right here in Oakland. A portion of the proceeds will be used to support cultural programs for the community. Win, Win!
