Daisy Troop 1057 of Oakland, NJ recently completed their Take Action Project when they visited the Oakland Care Center and prepared and then planted a flower garden for the residents to enjoy. The girls have learned about gardening throughout the year, growing their own flowers from seeds and even creating their own compost! The Oakland Care Center staff and residents were so grateful for the girls’ hard work!
