THEY’RE NUMBER ONE!
Staff members at West Bergen Mental Healthcare recently celebrated being voted Number One in Client Satisfaction by the Mental Health Corporations of America’s National Survey for 2007. West Bergen, a non-profit counseling and psychiatric center, has earned this notable recognition five times since 1998.
In announcing the award, Michael J. Tozzoli, West Bergen’s CEO, said, “All of us at West Bergen are so pleased to be recognized for this important distinction. It is especially significant to us because it reflects the dedication and commitment of West Bergen’s staff to the more than 2,600 individuals they serve each year.”
The survey, which was administered by the Mental Health Corporations of America, contained more than 40 questions on a variety of subjects, ranging from – helpfulness of the staff; ability of staff to talk with you; convenience of location; comfortable feeling to the degree to which treatment helped you deal with your problem. In total, 58 organizations representing 18 states across the country submitted almost 52,000 survey forms.
Established in 1963 as a child guidance clinic, today West Bergen provides comprehensive services for all age groups with various levels of need.
