Anastasia Serdukova – Grade 7, has produced the winning logo design in Valley Middle Schools anti-bullying campaign. Researchers are only beginning to understand the deep emotional impact that bullying can have on a person. Too often, adults will shrug it off as kid stuff, but if it were happening to them it would be a different story. Getting physically, or verbally, assaulted in the workplace would be considered a major incident. But it doesn’t seem we extend those same sensibilities to the emotional impact bullying has on children. We commend Anastasia for her clear message, excellent color scheme, and fine graphical design on this important project.
