Tense drama, huge fights, and big laughs is the tagline for Season 4 of The New Jersey Housewives which premiers April 22.
The shows return to the air will bring some stiff competition to the Bergen County Executive and Freeholders who apparently are using the same tagline.
County Executive Donvan’s court order to force the Freeholders to allow County Administrator Ed Trawinski to speak during the Freeholder meetings, is in response to actions taken by the board to silence Trawinski.
As previously reported, Trawinski felt compelled to interrupt the March 7th meeting with concerns over his *hiney, and who would or would not be watching it.
While the temporary order allows Trawinski to speak at the freeholder meetings, there does not seem to be any parameters as to whether he can discuss other body parts.
Donovan also has a lawsuit going concerning whether she or the Freeholders have the authority to appoint the County Auditor.
The Freeholder board is currently 5 Republicans and 2 Democrats. Republican Freeholder DiNicola, from Franklin Lakes, penned an Op-Ed that could have been titled “Can’t We All Just Get Along”. The points she makes in the Op-Ed appear to be based on simple common sense, and as such are expected to be ignored.
The 1st video below is an interview with Donovan, and she makes her case as to what challenges she faces in seeking to reform government in Bergen County. The 2nd video shows the challenges she will face in competing with Season 4 of the New Jersey Housewives on Bravo.
