On April 8, 2013 Det. Pagerie stopped to investigate a suspicious vehicle which he observed parked in the cul-de-sac on Bauer Drive. Det. Pagerie’s inquiry led to the arrest of two 18 year old men from Franklin Lakes for various drug related offenses. The two men were found to be in possession of suspected marijuana and miscellaneous articles of drug paraphernalia. They were both subsequently transported to headquarters and charged accordingly. After processing the two individuals were released on their own recognizance and given a date to appear in the Oakland Municipal Court.
On April 13, 2013 a Powder Mill Lane resident reported the theft of a red and black log splitter valued at approximately $1300.00 from his property. Ptl. McDermott investigated.
