On April 15, 2013 Det. Piercy arrested a 43 year old Lodi, NJ resident on burglary and theft charges as a result of an investigation conducted by Det. Bart Pagerie and Ptl. McDermott for the unlawful entry to an enclosed landscape trailer and the theft of two backpack-style leaf blowers and a weed trimmer from a local landscape facility. The stolen items, which had a total value of approximately $1400.00, were all recovered and returned to their owner. Bail was set at $20,000.00 no 10%, and the subject was remanded to the Bergen County Jail.
On April 19, 2013 Ptl. Rowin arrested a 34 year old Oakland resident at his residence on Ramapo Valley Road on an outstanding warrant for $1089.00 emanating out of the Wyckoff Municipal Court. The subject was taken into custody without incident and turned over into the custody of the Wyckoff Police Department.
On April 20, 2013 as a result of a motor vehicle stop on West Oakland Ave., Ptl. Broek located warrants totaling $1595.00 for the 22 year old female Wayne, NJ driver. Bail was posted in full on scene and the subject was released after being issued a summons for failing to have a valid motor vehicle insurance card.
On April 21, 2013 as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Ramapo Valley Road for driving an unregistered vehicle, Ptl. Rowin located a warrant in the amount of $350.00 out of Byram Township for the 34 year old driver. Bail was posted on scene by the Franklin lakes, NJ resident and she was issued summonses for driving on a suspended driver’s license and operating an unregistered vehicle. An April 2013 court date has been scheduled in the Oakland Municipal Court.
