The resident stated that he discovered someone made an online purchase in his name through ebay/paypal without his knowledge or consent and he was now receiving a bill in excess of $1000. MARCH 15: While investigating an activated fire alarm and smoke condition at a Ramapo Valley Road apartment, Ptl. Luis Gaviria found the tenant to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The 44-year-old male was taken into custody without incident, processed, and later released on a summons to later appear in the Oakland Municipal Court.
