A first of it’s kind event is being held in Overpeck Park, with about 20 food trucks looking to earn love and respect by dishing out their specialities during the Food Truck Mash-Up event sponsored by Holy Name Medical Center….with Free Admission

Blue Moon Mexican Cafe, popular with many residents in the Franklin Lakes, Oakland and Wyckoff area, is the exclusive supplier of beer and sangria which visitors can purchase as they feast on the food and enjoy live music from from Heather Brave, School of Rock Waldwick and Tenafly and 5 Track Mind.
Other vendors, including fashion trucks, will be on hand; as well as, Sunset Yoga hosted by Lululemon ambassador Brenda Blanco.
Visitors can gather information on health and wellness from the Holy Name booth while sampling delicious food from places like Thailand, Puerto Rico, Italy, and of course America with special burgers, stuffed potatoes, and bacon….mmmmm.
The Gathering Tree Drum Circle of Point Pleasant will be organizing a drum circle, and everyone is invited to get their groove on; bring your own drum, or create one at the event and join the circle.
The Food Truck Mash-Up is truly a team effort that includes Table to Table which will accept unused food from the vendors and deliver it to people in need; EDT Discount Tire Center which is a silver sponsor of the event; the events division of North Jersey Media Group; and, of course, The Bergen County Parks Department.

Very Disappointed – Between the traffic, long lines for food and trucks not having enough food – the 1st truck was sold out 7 – Lombardi Pizza – Very Poorly organized. Left and went to a restaurant for dinner.
